Watchmen Instrumented Safety Experts (WISE) is seeking a motivated professional to support project coordination, proposal development, and resource scheduling. This role is ideal for an Engineer or Engineering Technologist in Instrumentation, Chemical, or Mechanical disciplines with experience in oil & gas, project management, or inside sales and customer service. This is a remote role with flexible hours, but we strongly prefer candidates based in Calgary to support local coordination and occasional in-person activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support proposal estimating and preparation of project start-up documentation
Coordinate internal project activities and schedule PHA facilitators
Communicate directly with clients to gather information and confirm logistics
Track leads, contacts, and pursuits in the CRM system
Assist with PHA preparation, including file setup, noding, and report support
Support FieldSync workflows, including field walkdowns and P&ID updates
Contribute to improving project coordination tools and processes
Preferred Experience
3+ years of oil & gas experience
Background in Instrumentation, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering/Technology
Experience in project management, project coordination, inside sales, or customer service
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

FieldSync Specialist
Levels: Intermediate/Senior
Watchmen Instrumented Safety Experts (WISE) is seeking an experienced project engineering professional to support and grow our FieldSync field verification services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, technical accuracy, and helping project teams maintain high-quality engineering data.
Key Responsibilities
Perform field walkdowns of P&IDs, Plot Plans, and PFDs
Capture and organize 360° image data
Verify and support updates to Shutdown Key as-builts
Assist with PSV sizing verification and data collection
Validate field information and support drafting updates
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to confirm findings
Assist with planning and executing field campaigns
Contribute to improving FieldSync workflows and documentation
Preferred Experience
5+ years of project engineering or field engineering experience
Background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation disciplines
Experience with engineering drawing verification
Field experience and project coordination skills (assets)
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Work Environment
